I took these images while in a Documentary Production class at E.M.U. As a class we tried to document the Kurdish Community in Harrisonburg. The final project was a large collection of photography and a DVD. The Kurds in Harrisonburg have been harassed repeatedly by the FBI. I'll try to find a link soon with more information concerning their collective struggle.
